This hotel was awesome! It was a great deal, and the staff was super friendly. The hotel had everything we needed, such as clean towels, showers, hair dryers, and soap. We even got a knife, wine opener, kettle, microwave, fridge, and safe when we asked for them. The beds were comfortable. The décor of the rooms was just perfect. The big mirrors are amazing, and there are hangers and a wardrobe. Additional sheets and towels are provided. The location is exactly as shown on the booking app, very accurate. We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the Colosseum, which is about a 30-minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is no need to book dinners or breakfast, plenty of shops around. It was so much fun staying in one room with my five cousins. It was just like when we were kids. Thanks for a great time! I definitely recommend this hotel! From the airport, you can buy a train ticket to Termini Station for only 17 euros. There is only one stop to Termini Station. From the train station, it is less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel. There is no need for a taxi. A taxi will charge you 20 euros per person. The train is really good. Trains go every 15-20 minutes from the airport to Termini. They run from 4 am until midnight (23:00). Have cash! It is very important to note that not everywhere accepts cards. Book your tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum online.

The location was excellent. When we arrived at the accommodation around 11 o'clock at the Sweet Home hotel, he told us that we would be staying in the adjacent hotel, namely Hotel Gabrielle. We had the room for 3 people, but in the new location they gave us the room for 4 people. The room was excellent, it had two single beds and a large double bed. Private bathroom in the room equipped with a new shower cabin, sink and mirror, wc and bidet + hair dryer. Shower gel and soap, towels also found at the location. The air conditioner in the room was new and did an excellent job in the heat. The TV in the room only has 8 Italian channels and that's it. I needed an iron and I got it right away, the staff was very good and prompt with any concerns. Everything was perfect in the hotel next door!

The hotel met our expectations. We wanted a room with a bed and AC since we knew we would be sightseeing a lot and not staying at the hotel much. For that, the hotel was excellent and offered great value for money. While it is not the nicest hotel and had some flaws, overall we had a great stay. What was outstanding was the staff. After a long day of flying, we asked for water, which they normally sell for €2, but the host gave it to us for free, which was appreciated. We also had issues with the shower's water pressure, and they fixed it immediately. Even though the hotel is not the best, as expected, the host made up for it and more.

Excellent location, two streets below Termini Station. Easy to connect to other parts of city via metro (both lines intersect there), by bus or through walk (half-an-hour from the center). The neighbourhood is fine, street market and sellers are not aggressive, it is enough to say that you are not interested in their offer and they leave. Staff is very kind and professional. The room is spacious with high ceiling. Heating worked very well. Room and toilet were cleaned every day, with towels changed on third day. There are not spectacular but everything you need is there and I would recommend and definitely repeat stay in the future.

Location - This hotel is super near to Roma Termini station. It's a super plus. There are so many restaurants nearby and it's 20 minutes walkable to the Colosseum. So location is perfect. I wanted to travel the next day to Airport from Termini station and hence, this is a perfect location for me. Staff - I am short of words, how helpful they are. They are very hospitable and in one incident, I was struggling a bit with door lock and the guy came running even before I asked for help. Woman was very nice too. She held the door for me for checkout as I had luggage. In general I really love the staff.
